Why users may be added to the Known Scammers List

Users may be added to the known scammers list if they are caught scamming users on the following ticket resale marketplaces:

Notts Buy/Sell Snapchat story
‘NOTTINGHAM’ Uni Stories on Snapchat (i.e. NOTTINGHAM 2024, NOTTINGHAM 2025 etc.)
‘NTU’ Uni Stories on Snapchat (i.e. NTU 2024, NTU 2025 etc.)
UniSalad, if the scammer’s Snapchat handle can be identified by the story admin.

How to recover funds

As BACS payments take 3 working days to clear, please contact your bank as soon as possible to try and get them to stop the transaction and recover your funds.
